The surgical gown is a long-sleeved dress, worn over pajamas or block outfits.
Reinforcements, if any, are located at the sleeves and breastplate (potential points of support).
The sleeves are raglan or straight ended with a jersey cuff.
The closure at the neck is done by self-gripping bands or pressures.
The cross-over closure on the back is done at the waist by internal ties and external links on the front with a transfer carton (which will allow closing according to the rules of asepsis).
Folding allows a dressing according to the rules of asepsis
